Your mission

  • Active participation in all phases of a transaction as well as portfolio management 
  • Accompanying company audits by, for example, preparing market and competition analyses 
  • analyzing the market and competition, analyzing business plans and historical profitability of a company as well as preparing the product portfolio
  • Collaboration and support in the company valuation, the preparation of the financial model as well as in the writing of investment proposals
  • Active participation in all relevant team meetings as well as expert discussions for the evaluation of a potential investment

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor's degree with very good academic performance in the fields of business administration, economics or economics 
  • Relevant previous experience (at least one completed internship) in the areas of corporate finance, investment banking, private equity or management consulting 
  • Good knowledge in the areas of accounting / financial reporting as well as first experience in the area of financial / LBO modeling 
  • Analytical thinking as well as independent, reliable and responsible working style coupled with high social competence and communication skills  
  • Enjoy working in small teams with the will to learn and understand new issues 
  • Availability of at least 12 weeks full time
